Details of Manufacturing Facilities

Our Works is just 45 km from New Delhi Airport in National Capital Region of Faridabad & logistically located- 1 km away from National Highway NH-2 & Ballabhgarh Railway Station and very near to proposed Containers Terminal in Ballabhgarh.

It is constructed on a 10400 sqm plot area. 6000 sqm covered area has 4nos 95 m long bays having 9.5 m clear hook height in 5 bays with 4 x 20 Ton, 2 x15 Ton, 1 x 12 Ton, 2 x 10 Ton, 1 x 7.5 Ton, 1 x 6.5 Ton,1 x 5 Ton & 2 x 3 Ton capacity EOT Cranes

We have the most modern world-class manufacturing facilities comprised of CNC Plasma Cutting, Heavy Plate Bending, CNC Press Brake, Submerged arc welding, Strip Cladding Equipment, Heat Treatment, Grit Blasting, and Painting facilities.

Auxiliaries are rotators, positioners, and material handling equipment comprised of 12-ton capacity Mobile Pick & Carry Cranes, Fork Lift Trucks & Hydraulically Operated Lift Trolleys.

We have over 100% power back up in the form of Silent Diesel Gen Sets of 600 KVA capacity from Cummins & Kirloskars against installed power of 500 KVA.
