INSPECTION & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Grand Prix operate a quality assurance system and has been accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
Authorized to use ASME 'U' & 'U-2' & R Stamp.
GRAND PRIX committed to the supply of products which fully conform to our customers’ requirement and of a quality
standard consistent with current International standard, Industrial practice, Safety and Efficiency of Operations.
All Grand Prix products adhere to stringent quality requirement of ASME, BS, IS & other international codes.
All sub suppliers and vendors are selected on their ability to meet the technical and commercial requirements of the project together with meeting the quality requirements of Grand Prix.
New suppliers are audited for their capacities on the basis of facilities, QA Systems & Past Track Records before orders can be placed upon them,
whilst existing approved suppliers are regularly audited / questioned by our quality department to monitor their compliance with their quality system.
The Chief Inspection Engineer is the designated quality representative and has the authority
and responsibility for ensuring that the requirement of the quality system are adhered to and are effective.
He is offered full support and freedom of action to perform his duties effectively. Inspection Engineer reports
to the Executive Director. Regardless of hold points indicated by external inspection agency 100% stage inspection is done by our inspector as per Quality Assurance Plan.
